I charge a $25 fee per side for custom design work. (Custom design work is necessary when you cannot provide a workable graphic file (transparent PNG or SVG file) for your team logo or want a design other than D1, D2, or D3)

Easy-to-follow instructions (place your answers in the personalization box):
1. Provide artwork for LOGO. Please email me the file or link to the logo. (SVG and/or PNG file formats are preferred.)
2. Provide a roster of last names and roster numbers.
That's it! It's that easy!
(Some scuffs and rub marks on the flat surfaces of the pucks are normal due to how they are packed and shipped from the manufacturer. Please don't expect a puck in a pristine state. However, I do attest to the fact that these are brand spanking new pucks!
